Devil’s Advocate

The universe is dominated by two powers - one is God, and the other is the Dark Devil. The Dark Devil knows that if he were to harbour 100 million souls within 1000 years, he would be able to overthrow God. To put his plan into motion he established the ‘Pawnshop No.8’, seducing people to sell their youth, health, body parts, and eventually, their souls. Dark Devil’s daughter, Chou Er (Kelly Huang), an emotionless but kind girl, is the successor to Dark Devil’s throne of evil. Living under his control, she knows nothing about the outside world. One fateful day she escapes home, and meets the servant of God who enlightens her to the true beauty of humanity, and the evilness of Dark Devil.
