Rule#1

Every day, the police receive 185 calls, a small number always beginning with “There’s something strange in my house”. The Miscellaneous Affairs department takes care of these calls. Lee, a rookie cop, assigned to M.A.D. to work with an oddball alcoholic named Wong, soon learns M.A.D. deals with the supernatural. Ghost are easy to deal with, but a person possessed by a malevolent spirit can only be taken care of with a bullet to the head. The brutality brings Lee into conflict with Wong as they face a bloodthirsty ghost who seems to be headed straight for them.
